*About Luan: Luan Wise is a seasoned marketing professional with experience spanning agency, client-side, and consultancy roles. She is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), and is currently pursuing a PhD by Portfolio at the University of Lancashire. In addition to running her consultancy and training business, Luan is a global event speaker – including a TEDx talk – and award-winning author.
