First, a bit of context
The Marketing Meetup has always been about creating spaces that feel ‘positively lovely’.
Our events, webinars and conference are built on the same belief: that marketing is better when people feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and kind. Hive exists because not everything fits neatly into a talk, a webinar, or a one-hour session.
Some questions arrive mid-week, some decisions need a sounding board, not a spotlight and LinkedIn doesn’t feel like the right place. Hive is that in-between space.

Hive and mentorship
Hive is also the starting point for mentorship at The Marketing Meetup.
We run peer mentorship cohorts: small groups of six marketers, matched by role or experience, who meet regularly over three months to think things through together. No presentations, no gurus, no one telling you what to do. Just a small group of likeminded folk who get where you are in your career, because they’re either right there with you or not far behind.
The conversations tend to go to the places that don’t fit in a webinar. Sticky stakeholder situations. Pricing your work. Second-guessing a big decision. Feeling stretched and not knowing who to tell. The kind of stuff that’s hard to Google and harder to bring up with your manager.
