Jodie Fullagar is Co-founder and CEO of Run Deep, a specialist strategy and creative agency that takes brands to the heart for fan cultures.
Jodie founded Run Deep in 2024 with Richard Barker. The duo worked together previously at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment as Co-MDs where they ran the 100 strong agency working with clients such as Barclays, Jameson, Heineken and Adidas.
Run Deep is an independent agency within the Mother family, helping clients to authentically exist in fan culture to unlock the passion and opportunity within those communities. Our clients include NBA, WTA, Tottenham Hotspurs, Red Bull, The Glenlivet, Redbreast Irish Whiskey, ITV and HSBC.
Jodie is also a founding partner of cultural mobility platform Limitless, that supports under privileged young people to access live sport and entertainment experiences, helping them access aspiration and inspire ambition. She is also a member of WACL, a 100 year old network driven to promote gender equality in the marcomms industry.
