The Winchester Marketing Meetup is an informal, friendly place for the marketers of Winchester to meet, learn, and share knowledge with one another. Come in ‘listen’ not ‘sell’ mode 🙂
We’ll be back at the lovely Pump House Winchester for this one, and we just want to get together, say hello, have a chat, and have a nice time.
Think of this as a community event, where the focus is very much on you meeting other people in a chilled out friendly space. We’ll chat over food and drink, listen to an inspirational speaker or two, chat some more, and go home buzzing with new contacts and new ideas.

Topic: Service with a Smile – The Secret Weapon in Marketing
Bex began her wine journey on the Majestic Wine Graduate Training Programme, where she developed a strong foundation in retail and exceptional customer service before moving to head office to manage their websites. She then joined De Bortoli Wines, one of Australia’s most renowned family-owned vineyards, as part of the UK team. There she broadened her expertise across brand marketing, PR, event management, and online retail, with a memorable stint in the Yarra Valley “helping” with the 2013 vintage.
As English wine entered an exciting new chapter, Bex moved closer to home and joined Hattingley Valley Wines in East Hampshire as Marketing and Events Manager in early 2016. Since then, she has supported the winery’s growth through brand strategy, marketing campaigns, PR, partnerships, events and tours, while also building its corporate business. In 2020, she rolled up her sleeves and completed a full harvest as a cellar hand – cementing her all-round experience in the industry.

The format of the night:
6:00 pm – doors open – drinks, networking, and smiles
6:30 pm – introduction and talks begin
7:15 pm – talks finish, networking, listening, saying hello, and positively lovely people
7:45 pm – end of the night – you leave with new contacts and fresh ideas
