We’re heading back to the beautiful The Hall Exeter for this one. We just want to get together, say hello, have a chat, and have a nice time.
Think of this as a community event, where the focus is very much on you meeting other people in a chilled out friendly space. We’ll chat over food and drink, listen to an inspirational speaker, chat some more, and go home buzzing with new contacts and new ideas.

Topic: What do clients really think of their agencies?
Keir holds a very privileged position at the heart of the client-agency relationship dynamic.
In the last 12 months alone, he's interviewed over 100 clients on behalf of their agencies trying to improve and expand their existing relationships. This means he gets to see it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Keir will be sharing observations on the current client-agency dynamic, how things are changing and what can be done to cultivate stronger client-agency relationships.
